As 8 On Your Side Reporter Chris Williams learned, responsibility is beginning to come at a higher price for young women and it's a lesson young men have been dealing with for decades.Historically, auto insurance rates for young women can run only 40 percent of what a young man pays. That's beginning to change with research that's finding young women are taking more risks behind the wheel.
